An Academic Warning hold will appear on LionPATH when the cumulative GPA is below 2.0.

To remove the hold:

  1. Complete the Academic Action Plan form.
  2. Submit your responses to the Academic Action Plan electronically (the form is emailed to the adviser) or complete the printable form and send it to your adviser.
  3. Discuss your situation/Academic Action Plan answers with your adviser in person or on the telephone.
  4. LionPATH hold will be released.

Maintain contact with your adviser regarding your academic progress.

Earn a 2.0 or higher semester GPA to continue to take classes.

Raise the cumulative GPA to a 2.0 or higher to be removed from Academic Warning status.
