At all other times, please reach out to an RA for assistance or call 814-949-5397 (KEYS) to be redirected to the appropriate person. Have your ID card ready when staff arrive to assist you.
Please note that the lock-out service is only meant to be used in situations in which you have locked your key in your room or if you need temporary assistance. If you have lost your key, you must visit the Housing office to get a replacement.
